1. add all ingredients (except cream cheese & nooch) to slow cooker.

2. set slow cooker to low for 8 hours. 

3. when there's 1 hour left, add cream cheese & nooch. 

4. stir well to combine and finish cooking. 

5. serve while warm with desired toppings.
