Sticky Vegan Orange Chicken

Devoured this! Freezing the tofu ahead of time gave it such a great texture, I had never had it that way before. I will be making this dish many, many more times.

Blog Review

1. Cut the tofu into cubes.

2. Coat the tofu in cornstarch.

3. Whisk together the sauce ingredients.

4. Pan fry the tofu until crispy.

5. Add the sauce to the pan and coat the tofu until sauce thickens.

6. Serve immediately over rice with green onion.
