Step 1:  Cube the avocado and add it to a bowl.

Step 2:  Pulverize the avocado, then add in the mustard, lemon juice, and spices.

Step 3:  Add in the red onion and any other desired fillings like relish, Old Bay, or dulse flakes.

Step 4:  In a separate bowl, mash the chickpeas, leaving some whole for texture.

Step 5:  Mix together the chickpeas and avocado mixture until well combined.
