- soy free egg substitute - just 5 ingredients - similar to JustEgg folded.

1. create the egg batter. 

2. pour half the batter into non-stick skillet. 

3. cook for 10-15 minutes.

4. cut chickpea egg into 4 sections.

5. add vegan cheese to one of the fourths.  

6. fold the fourths over top one another. 

7. build breakfast sandwich!
