Crustless Vegan Quiche
1. Saute the onion, mushrooms, greens and vegan sausage.
2. Pour tofu mixture over vegetables and mix to combine.
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
4. Serve while still warm with a side salad, roasted vegetables or potatoes!
