1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

2. Toss sweet potato or butternut squash in spices and roast in oven!

3. Slice the bell peppers and roast in oven.

4. Prepare the creamy jalapeno  dill sauce.

5. Warm the beans until heated through.

6. Build your bowls and drizzle with jalapeno dill sauce.
