Homemade Vegan Marshmallows

What You'll Need

1. Add the cane sugar, light agave and water to a heavy bottom pot.

2. Bring sugar mixture to a boil until it reaches 240 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Whip the vegan gelatin mixture in stand mixer until you achieve stiff peaks.

4. Slowly add hot sugar to vegan gelatin mixture while mixing on medium low.

5. Once sugar is added, increase speed and whip until tripled in size.

6. Spread the marshmallows into casserole dish.  Set for 3 hours.

Add them to a cup of hot chocolate
