Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients you'll need

- coconut milk - chia seeds - pumpkin puree - maple syrup - pumpkin pie spice - vanilla extract - sea salt

*GF, vegan and paleo!

1. Add the pudding ingredients to a single serve jar.

2. Mix together thoroughly and chill overnight!

3. Blend to smooth consistency, top with coconut cream and enjoy!

4. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
