PUMPKIN SOUP

without cream!

Ingredients Needed

1. Saute onions and garlic for 5 minutes.

2. Add in cauliflower, spices, and vinegars. Simmer for 5 more minutes.

3. Deglaze the bottom of the pot.

4. Add in the pumpkin puree, broth, and water.

5. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.

6. Blend soup until smooth! 

7. Stir in a cornstarch slurry to thicken soup, if desired.

8. Enjoy with garlic bread and fresh pasley.
