Step 1:  Soak the cashews in hot water for 30 minutes.

Step 2:  Drain cashews and add all ingredients to a high speed blender like the Vitamix.

Step 3:  Blend until completely smooth.

Step 4:  Store in an airtight, glass container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
