Step 1:  Broil the peppers.

Step 2:  Sauté main ingredients. Add in cauliflower, tomatoes and bell peppers. Stir well.

Step 3:  Allow to simmer at medium-low heat. Puree the soup using an immersion blender. Stir in coconut milk and saeasonings.
