Step 1:  Spread vegan mayonnaise on both sides of bread.

Step 2:  Add a layer of cold smoky tempeh strips, tomato, then lettuce on one side. Spread avocado on the remaining side.

Step 3:  Put the TTLA sandwich together and cut in half.
