Step 1:  Whisk together the coconut aminos, date syrup, salt, liquid smoke, avocado oil and apple cider vinegar.

Step 2:  Pour the mixture over the coconut flakes in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3:  Gently mix together with a spatula until the coconut flakes are evenly coated.

Step 4:  Spread the coconut bacon a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping half way through.

Step 5:  Allow to cool completely, then transfer to a jar and store!
