Vegan Cheesy Garlic Bread

What You'll Need

▢1 large sourdough loaf ▢1 stick vegan butter ▢3 cloves garlic  ▢3 tbsp parsley ▢2 cups plant-based milk ▢½ cup cashews ▢¼ cup tapioca flour ▢2 tbsp lemon juice ▢1 tsp sea salt

1. Slice loaf into one inch cubes while leaving bottom in tact.

2. Prepare the homemade mozzarella.

3. Stuff the mozzarella and vegan garlic butter in between.

4. Wrap the bread in foil and bake until gooey and crisp on top.

5. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve immediately.
