Step 1:  Whisk together the vegan mayo, vinegar, lime juice, celery seed, and maple syrup.

Step 2:  Add in the shredded cabbage and carrots.

Step 3:  Toss the cabbage in the coleslaw dressing until evenly coated.

Step 4:  Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minute to 1 hour.

Serve immediately
