vegan flatbread (naan)

-uses instant yeast - just 6 ingredients - so many uses!

1. bloom yeast in warm water & sugar.

2. add coconut milk, flour, leavening agents and salt. 

3. mix for 1-2 minutes until dough forms.

4. cover and let rise for 1 hour. 

5. place on floured surface and form into a ball. 

6. cut dough into 4 equal pieces.

7. roll each piece out into a large oval. 

8. transfer to hot skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. 

9. repeat until all 4 flatbreads have been cooked.
