What ingredients you'll need to make vegan french toast casserole! 

1. Whisk together the Just Egg, almond milk, coconut cream, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and sea salt.

2. Pour the Just Egg mixture over the cubed stale bread. 

3. Lightly toss the bread in the mixture until coated and almost completely absorbed.

4. Cover with saranwrap and refrigerate overnight!

5. The next morning, toss together the cubed vegan butter, brown sugar, flour and  cinnamon. 

6. Cover the french toast casserole in the mixture then bake for 45 minutes! 

7. Serve immediately with maple syrup and desired toppings!
