Step 1: Mix together the softened vegan butter, vegan parmesan cheese, minced garlic and parsley

Step 2:  Cut the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise.

Step 3:  Spread the garlic herb butter evenly and bake.

For cheese bread: Add 1 1/2 cups of Tofu Mozzarella and bake as usual.
