Kung Pao Cauliflower


1. Chop cauliflower into bite sized florets.

2. Add in flaxegg mixture.

3. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Sprinkle on cornstarch.

5. Toss to coat once more.

6. Spread florets on baking sheet and bake!

7. Toast the cashews and bell peppers.

8. Add the sauce and bring to a simmer.

9. Finally, add in cauliflower and toss to combine.

10. Serve immediately over rice!
