Ingredients Needed

1. Heat red curry paste, ginger, and garlic together.

2. Add in coconut milk, pumpkin puree, broth, sriracha and lime juice!

3. Submerge soy curls in liquid.

4. Simmer for 8 minutes or until soy curls are tender. 

5. Add in the bell pepper and green beans and cook additional 3 minutes.

6. Serve immediately over rice or with naan.
