Vegan Pumpkin Scones
1. Pulse the scone ingredients together in food processor until just combined.
2. Roll the dough out into an 8" round and cut into 8 wedges.
3. Add the scone wedges to a parchment lined baking sheet. Stick in freezer while oven preheats.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
5. Drizzle each scone with pumpkin maple glaze.
