zucchini lasagna

- loaded with flavor - healthier alternative to lasagna - 20 minutes of prep time

1. spiralize zucchini & squash & draw out water.

2. layer half the zoodles on the bottom of baking dish.

3. top with half of the tofu ricotta

4. top with half of the marinara sauce.

5. repeat that process once more & finish with a layer of mozzarella.

5. bake for 35-45 minutes.
