Preheat oven to 450F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on each naan, followed by a 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. If you are using my homemade cashew mozzarella, I like to dollop it in 1 tablespoon drops on top and lightly spread on top of sauce.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until naan is golden brown around the edges and the cheese is melted. If you are using pre-shredded vegan cheese, it may not melt like traditional cheese, but will still taste good!
Top with thinly sliced basil, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese, or as desired. Enjoy naan pizzas immediately while warm.
Notes
Prep time does not include making homemade naan or homemade dairy-free mozzarellas, if using.
