Fajita Veggies!

Just like Chipotle!

What ingredients you'll need for homemade veggie fajitas!

1. Slice red onion into strips.

2. Slice bell peppers into strips.

3. Heat up a cast iron skillet on medium high until hot and then add oil. 

4. Add the red onion, peppers, oregano, and salt to cast iron skillet and sauté for 10 minutes, tossing occasionally. 

5. After 10 minutes, taste and season with additional salt if desired. 

Serve with cilantro lime rice
