What ingredients you'll need for homemade the best vegan banana bread

1. Add the flax eggs, mashed banana, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix to combine.

2. Next, add in the flour, baking soda cinnamon and nutmeg and fold the dry ingredients into wet. 

3. Add in the chocolate chips and salt and fold it in! 

4. Transfer the batter to a 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes!

5. Once done the bread should be golden on the top and a tooth pick will come out clean.

6. Once cool, slice and enjoy with vegan butter or nut butter!
