Ingredients Needed

1. Prepare the homemade ketchup glaze!

2. Add lentils and chickpeas to a large bowl.

3. Mash together with a potato masher or fork!

4. Add homemade ketchup, oat flour, vegan worchestershire, parsley, spices. 

5. Mix to combine.

6. Saute carrots, onion, and garlic and add to loaf.

7. Mix to combine!

8. Bake!

9. Spread on ketchup glaze!

10. Slice and serve!
