Step 1:  Sauté onion until fragrant and softened then add vegan ground beef. Cook until browned.

Step 2:  Transfer the vegan beef mixture to the casserole dish, layer in the corn, green beans, vegan condensed cream of mushroom soup, and cheese shreds.

Step 3:  Add a single layer of tater tots to cover the dish.

Step 4:  Bake until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
