Ingredients

collard greens
washed and chopped

medium yellow onion
diced

cloves
garlic

vegetable broth

brown sugar

apple cider vinegar

smoked paprika

Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the collard greens to a crockpot and mix together. Pile the collard greens on top and close the lid.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Once done, mix together and enjoy!
Notes
Storage:
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
