Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

Honey Mustard Dressing

Spicy Chipotle Honey Mustard Version

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise see substitutions
  • 5 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey see substitutions
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a bowl or jar and whisk together until completely smooth.

For Spicy Chipotle Honey Mustard:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl, including two finely diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Whisk together to combine.
  • Add additional adobo sauce to taste.

Storage

  • Store this homemade dressing in an air-tight glass container for up to two weeks. Note that storing in plastic will make it go bad faster.

Notes

  • If you generally prefer less sweet sauces and dips, I recommend adding the honey 1 tablespoon at a time and tasting as you go to make sure you don't over sweeten.
