- 2 cups quinoa - rinsed and drained
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Combine quinoa and water in an Instant Pot.
- Pressure cook on high for 1 minute. Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, before switching the valve to the “venting” position and releasing any remaining pressure.
- Remove lid and fluff quinoa with a fork.
